MCM Wins 5 Emmys

Montgomery Community Media (MCM) won five Emmys at the 65th Emmy Awards held at the Bethesda North Marriott Saturday night. The awards are run by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences National Capital Chesapeake Bay Chapter.

MCM CEO Jasmine White said, “We don’t always take the time to appreciate the long hours and effort required to make compelling content. This recognition is a great honor and moment for our team at MCM.”

MCM Director of Content Joe Yasharoff said, “I am so happy that the quality content produced at MCM has been recognized by the Capital Emmys. One of our core missions at MCM is to inform Montgomery County residents and nights like tonight cement the fact that our storytelling is making a difference. Congratulations to all the members of our very talented and passionate team.”
